ORDER FULFILLMENT
We strive to fulfill your order in a timely manner. However, due to the handmade nature of our products we ask that all customers be aware of this production window. If you need your item by a specific date, please email us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.  

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
All domestic orders are shipped and insured via UPS or Fedex and require a signature for delivery.  

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders will ship via UPS or Fedex with the customer responsible for incurring any customs/duties fees. This cost is determined by each country’s customs.

If you are shipping to a destination outside the United States, you are responsible for ensuring the item can be lawfully imported to the destination country. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All custom made items are final sale. We accept returns for store credit or an exchange only for items that are in stock. These items need to be returned in unworn condition within 5 days of receipt. If your order is shipped, customers have 48 hours from receiving their order to report missing or damaged items. All shipping charges are non-refundable. 

SALES TAX
Sales tax is applicable on all orders shipped within the state of New York. If you are located outside the state of New York you are not liable for sales tax.

REPAIR POLICY
Quality and craftsmanship is of our utmost concern. If there is a repair issue on jewelry purchased through the website we will work to accommodate to the best of our ability within six months of purchase.  Please email info@absharmat.com if you would like to request a repair. 

Items purchased through other retailers must be returned for repair to the store where the item was purchased.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
Some items may appear larger or smaller than their actual sizes, and are not shown to scale. The item descriptions indicate approximate dimensions. If you have any questions regarding the size, color or any other physical aspect of a particular item, please contact us at info@absharmat.com. Our items are handmade and hand-finished. As with all handmade items, small irregularities can occur.  

RING SIZES
All of our rings are standard US sizes. If you don’t know your US sizes, we highly suggest getting your finger sized by a local jeweler. We will send you the ring size that you order. There are resources online that will allow you to convert ring sizes between different nationalities. Please email us at info@absharmat.com you would like help converting your ring size or you need a ring in a size that is not listed on our website.
